Accreditations and Approvals
This is the latest version of the internationally recognised Quality Management System (QMS) standard ISO 9001, which can be used to benefit an organisation of any size. The ISO 9001 standard follows the quality management principles: customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision making and relationship management. It promotes a process-based approach when implementing and improving the effectiveness of the QMS. The whole standard is driven by the recurring PDCA cycle (Plan-Do-Check Act) as this follows the process-based approach for continual improvement of the business.
