AMITEC UK LTD employ a variety of spray application methods, such as Airless Spray, Conventional Air Spray and Air assisted airless, all with an additional electrostatic option available. This flexibility allows us to achieve the results required in terms of both compliance to specification and the quality of the aesthetic finish. Our sprayers are either ICATS qualified or are currently receiving training from our on-site ICATS trainer.
We source our material from an extensive range of international coating suppliers, with the following paint manufacturers considering us to be approved applicators:
- Carboline
- Hempel
- Zinga
We are approved to apply specific systems such as NORSOK M501 and their Statoil specific variations, as well as a wide selection of coating systems incorporating most of the generic paint types available such as:
Zinc-Rich Epoxy, Zinc Silicate, High Build Epoxy, Solvent Free Epoxy, Epoxy Phenolic, Polyurethane, Polysiloxane, Vinyl Ester, Alkyd and Acrylic.
